Ik ben op zoek naar een logo en huisstijl voor Chemploy.
Chemploy= Employ in chemie & Chemie in employ

Doel van het logo is uitstraling van onze onderneming: Specialisten in de chemie, chemie tussen onze medewerkers en opdrachtgevers.

Deze specialisten zijn in dienst van Chemploy, zijn hoogopgeleid. Kenmerkend voor een dienstverband bij Chemploy is:
Een duurzame en transparante arbeidsrelatie
Individueel meedelen in de winst
Beschikking over onafhankelijke coaching
Interessante opdrachten in de chemie & pharma
Toegang tot een interessant netwerk.

Het logo dat we zoeken moet enerzijds zakelijk voorkomen, aan de andere kant de chemie tussen ons (onze medewerkers en opdrachtgevers) uitstralen.
mensen & moleculen. Desgewenst mag het logo een enigszins industriële uitstraling hebben maar is niet verplicht. Moet wel een 'strak'logo zijn (geen krullen of gotische letters ed)

Het logo is voor gebruik in al onze communicatie (briefpapier/internet/visitekaartjes). Op termijn is internationale expansie voorzien dus het logo moet een internationale uitstraling krijgen.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Chemploy is een zakelijke dienstverlener welke specialisten levert voor de chemische en farmaceutische industrie.
dit doen we op uurbasis (consultancy), opdrachten worden meestal uitgevoerd op locatie van de opdrachtgever.

Wij geloven in de chemie tussen mensen, een loopbaan bij Chemploy staat in het teken van contact met elkaar en zelfontwikkeling.

Doelgroep

Drie Doelgroepen:
1. Toekomstige medewerkers (consultants) van Chemploy
2. Huidige medewerkers
Allerbelangrijkst:
Onze opdrachtgevers. Dit zijn bedrijven uit de chemische en farmaceutische industrie. Het logo moet zowel aanslaan bij de managers van deze bedrijven (vaak managers met een chemische/technische achtergrond) alsook andere belanghebbenden zoals medewerkers van personeelszaken en inkoop.

Here are the logo versions 2a & 2b, both in 3 colors (two shades of blue with accent red), with smooth transition and "C" more open. 2a has a slightly 3D look. Same font, 2a - title case, 2b - lowercase. How do you like it?

Here is my concept for your logo consisting of people in circle holding each others hands and forming the letter "C" (referring to "Chemploy"). The people are made of molecule icons.

The design is clear, simple and suitable for online and offline media. It works well in full color and black & white, at all sizes and on different backgrounds. The logo image can be used separately or in combination with the name.

Your feedback (in Dutch or English) regarding overall design, fonts and colors is welcome. Please, don't forget to enlarge the image to see the actual colors and details.

Thanks a lot for your design!
The concept; people holding eachothers hands, visualized in molecule icons is absolutely great.
Especially on a black or grey background!
the silver/grey logo on a black backrgound is what truly convinced me.

I tend to be less convinced of the logo on a white background....perhaps, we may work something out on this?

I also have some questions about the possibilities wrt the font and the envisioning of the concept in the overall corporate identity.

Is it possible that we discuss this further eg via a personal meeting/phone call or email conversation?

Hi Gijs,

I am very glad you like my concept. I applied some effect to the colors but if I reduce it, the logo (colors) may look more fresh on the white background as well. The number of colors can also be reduced. If you prefer the one color&no; transparency version (as the silver logo presentation on the black background), I can make it, too.

I've just noticed the whitecat's submission which is a quite obvious copy of my concept based on molecule icons forming people holding each others hands + the letter C. Don't you think it quite unfair to ignore the above mentioned and shortlist the design?

A lot of the designs look the same, it's the same briefing. I don't think it's a copy. Be fair don't try to win like this.
