Het begon allemaal met een idee...

Een korte, interactieve gids hielp hen hun ontwerpstijl te ontdekken en legde precies vast wat ze nodig hadden.

Behoefte

We are a fast growing network of game changers in the coaching/ consultancy. we have a new name, "open book.works", and would like to give that name a fitting house style and logo. we need a design for business cards, invoices and other letters, power point, flyers and a signature for email.

Why?
We believe we live in a world of plenty instead of scarcity. We want to show people how to live in a world where cooperation is more important than competition, where autonomy is as important as a sense of belonging, where the heart is as important as the mind.

OpenBook.Works aims to increase the value of the whole business ecosystem. We believe that clients, employees, stakeholders and the environment are all part of the same system. If we increase the value of this system everyone benefits. Leaders in our network can be clients, employees, stakeholders and participants at the same time.

We connect the hearts and minds of people by showing them their contribution to a greater goal. We create value through professional growth of everyone in the ecosystem. We create engagement and awareness through transparency, empowerment and personal development.

What?
All our programs have a balance of leadership coaching and financial literacy training. In co-creation we develop custom made programs to increase value by facilitating the dialogue between everyone in the value chain. Teams discuss leading indicators of success and how to influence them. Through Gamification of the projects we reach a continuous growing level of awareness and engagement.

Our customers are ceo's, managers and directors that dare to be a game changer. they trust their people, inspire them, are transparent and lead the change by giving the right example. they would like us to help facilitate the process of turning their company, business unit or team into a learning environment with ambition, purpose and focus.

I send 2 propositions for your logo. The design suggests "O" (or many "O") and as the same time a person with open arms.
The logo can be used in color or B&W on any kind of format.

i like this one better. there is also something with the O's in the words as well
