I added smiles on the points to illustrate the exchange and the human touch. The point of i is now green to symbolize difference, but not indifference.
Coachpraktijk is above and rounded to give a more playful aspect, a net (line below) demonstrates the qualitative side of your work.

Do you have a preference among the three designs? And what about the colors ?

Hi Antoine, thank you for designing such different logo's.
First logo: I'm not fond of the NJ because it looks a bit disconnected from the rest. Do you feel what i mean? I really like the i in the wordt jij. That's really very nice!
The second logo is very nice. Do you have any ideas to make it a bit more playful?
The third logo is more playful but the curls are looking like a word you can't read. So you're thinking: what does ele mean??

No, because if i ever have to change my target group (is that the right word??? doesn't feel like it...), i really don't want to change my log again.
