The basic idea is: the letter K, books, book list, birds.
You as a teacher you learned some and released as a bird to fly. blue background is only to supplement my idea.
ps. towards the end of the competition and gives me all the smaller star?

Here are a few suggestions. I think the design under the number 3 or 4 best. 3 colors under number 7, a small contrast. KLOOS is bold. I think it's good.

Hi Stevan, Thanks for your designs. One of your con-colleague designers he placed a design above my site and published. It made me realise that the "birds" may not fully match with the visual I am using. Surely this will change over time but still.
Not sure how your design would fit. You as the expert can see the combination better and make adjustments accordingly. My preference in terms of colours had design # 3. Thanks a lot. Regards, Ellen

Hi Stevan, Thanks your creativity. I like the top one best. I prefer different colours as opposed to all orange. Woud be curious to see the effect of the word coaching put in black. Also would like the see the effect of the "lying K's" in red colour........or you play around with those 3 colours and surprise me. You are the creative one ! Thanks a lot.

Dank weer voor het nieuwe idee. Bedoelde alleen dat KLOOScoaching horizontaal op dezelfde hoogte als de liggende K staat. Is dit mogelijk?

Ik heb nog een andere suggestie/idee. van de liggende K de 2de vogel zeg ik maar even ertussen uit halen. De laatste vogel verticaal wellicht rechtboven de K van Klooscoaching. ben ik te volgen?! Dank je en succes.
