Hello Irbis,
Good Morning!

Here my design for your Logo/Brand.
Have designed a simple , clean and strong design.
Have kept in mind the purpose that is "training the professionals" and designed the logo accordingly.
Have used the intial of the name " letter P " in the logo icon. the semi-circles around the letter "P" symbolize the training tactics. than have added the shield to the entire logo to show strength, safety and protection.
Have used the national color scheme of red and blue to related it with nation.
Keeping the design simple and clean helps in making it memorable and provides easy recognition and is very useful for branding and advertising.
