Het begon allemaal met een idee...

Een korte, interactieve gids hielp hen hun ontwerpstijl te ontdekken en legde precies vast wat ze nodig hadden.

Behoefte

Ik zou graag een origineel en fris logo met bijbehorende huisstijl willen voor mijn nieuwe praktijk fysiotherapie. Sleutelwoorden zijn preventie, gezondheid, persoonlijke zorg, 'fit worden en blijven' en revalidatie. Liefst een logo dat los staat van de praktijknaam.

Het logo en de huisstijl worden getoond op het raamfolie van de praktijkruimte en gebruikt in alle communicatiemiddelen.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Praktijk fysiotherapie, met een eigentijdse, strakke uitstraling.
Het is gelegen aan de Middenweg, tegenover historisch Park Frankendael, in de Amsterdamse Watergraafsmeer.

Naast 'allround fysiotherapeut' is mijn praktijk een kennis en expertise centrum in de behandeling van (chronische) nek-schouderklachten. Aanvullend echografisch onderzoek is hier van meerwaarde. Daarnaast kan men terecht voor revalidatie na (sport) blessures en operatieve ingrepen. Naast de reguliere fysiotherapeutische zorg is er een gezondheidspreventie tak; 'word fit, blijf fit'. Hier kan men terecht voor personal training, (sport)massage en looptraining. Ik sta voor een actieve benadering. Herstel van blessures is een actief proces waar ook de patient aan moet werken/oefenen.

Doelgroep

Ik richt mij primair op patientengroepen tussen 25 en 65 jaar.
Natuurlijk zijn oudere patienten die herstellende zijn van een operatie of trauma welkom. Ook hier is de praktijk voor ingericht.

Kleuren, favoriete logo's, must haves

Logo moet gezondheid / fitheid uitstralen. Kleur is belangrijk.

Kleuren van voorkeur: blauw, groen, wit en/of zwart. (Farrow and ball nr. 85 vind ik een mooie kleur)

Naam praktijk: Fysiotherapie Middenweg (groot lettertype)

Slogan: zorgt voor u! (klein lettertype, en de t cursief gedrukt)

Thanks for your contributions. I like your style. Is it possible to show us more figures? These ones aren't just yet what I'm looking for. Also please write the word fysiotherapie in small letters and MIDDENWEG in capital letters. In the slogan please write the letter t in italic.
