Kernactiviteit is organisatieontwikkeling via ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers om zo tot de gewenste bedrijfsresultaten te komen.
Wensenlijstje bestaat uit:
- zakelijk /abstract / simpel logo
- max. 3 kleuren (zwart/wit/oranje)
- slogan voor beeldmerk is: development with a purpose
De naam van bedrijf is gebaseerd op 2 woorden: to molt & utopia
To molt = vervelling / rui van haren, veren of huid dat wordt vervangen voor nieuwe groei
Utopia = ideale situatie
Dit geeft mijn visie weer, dat je bij jezelf blijft, alleen in een betere versie als mens en als organisatie.
Idee: Zelf dacht ik aan een logo of font waarin de lijnen van een vingerafdruk gebruikt kan worden. Dat geeft de 'human touch" en past ook goed bij de beeldspraak van vervelling (to molt)

Dear Rusty, I like it better with the letter M in it. Thanks for showing. The fingerprint background could also be a earth map. Could you make it a bit more like a fingerprint? I like the circle an thin white inner circle. Could you als change fonts as I prefer a different A. Thank you, Nathaly
