Thank you for comment and rating design, i worked on your suggestion. In my opinion, I would leave the same design but in one color because design have V form with and without consultancy & Interim management. Also i worked how can look just with parts of design. How is your opinion of design? If you have any suggestion feel free to write.

Hope you liked design, logo design present letter V dark blue, light blue present C Consultancy and space between V,C present letter M with space between two parts and present Interim Management.
