     Anyway, what can we do or what do we have to do to continue our process, make it a winner and refine the design?

     Thank you! and sure no problem :D I think I need to submit these for you: Here is the list of files that you should be providing in a logo handover:
     Adobe Illustrator (. ai) file.
     editable PDF file.
     PNG file.
     JPG File.
     
     and probably you need to end the contest and check the winner I believe

     I found this, maybe its helpful:
     
     As long as your contest is active, you as the client can change the end date.
     
     Go to the page of your contest and click on overview right under the details of your contest.
     Then click edit and scroll all the way down. There you will find the end date of your contest, which you can change.

     Thank you, the logo looks like a ‘D’, and that disturbs me with the name Paradiso
